These Terms of Service govern your use of donpolloshop.com (the "Shop"), which is operated by MINDMUSH LLC and fully powered by Fourthwall for storefront and order fulfillment. By accessing or using the Shop, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms do not cover Cameo bookings. Video shoutouts purchased on cameo.com/2021donpollo are an independent service of Cameo and are governed solely by Cameo's own Terms of Service. MINDMUSH LLC is not a party to Cameo bookings and is not responsible for the delivery, content, scheduling, refunds, or any other aspect of those orders.
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products and to discontinue any product at any time.
1-on-1 video calls with Don Pollo are not currently available through the Shop. When launched, calls will be booked through the Shop and scheduled through a booking link provided after purchase, subject to terms posted at that time.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.
Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the site or any product without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
All purchases on the Shop are processed through Fourthwall. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Fourthwall's Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase.
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of MINDMUSH LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
In no event shall MINDMUSH LLC, Don Pollo, or any of our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Shop or any products purchased through it. Without limiting the foregoing, MINDMUSH LLC is not liable for anything related to Cameo bookings, which are handled exclusively by Cameo.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the site.
