Refund Policy

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are handled and fulfilled through Fourthwall. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@donpolloshop.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of custom/print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Video Calls

Video call purchases are refundable if you request a cancellation before a time slot has been booked. Once a call is scheduled, refunds are not available unless the call is cancelled on our end.

If Don Pollo is unable to make a scheduled call, you will be offered a full reschedule or a complete refund — your choice.

No-shows (not joining your scheduled call without 24-hour notice) are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@donpolloshop.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
