Refund Policy

Scope

This Refund Policy applies only to merchandise purchased on donpolloshop.com (the "Shop"), which is operated by MINDMUSH LLC and fulfilled through Fourthwall.

It does not apply to Cameo bookings. Refund requests for Cameo videos must be made directly with Cameo under their own refund and cancellation policies. MINDMUSH LLC cannot issue refunds for Cameo orders.

Merchandise

All merchandise sales are handled and fulfilled through Fourthwall. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@mindmush.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to the nature of custom/print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Video Calls

1-on-1 video calls are not currently available for purchase. Refund terms for calls will be posted when the service launches.

How to Request a Refund

For Shop merchandise, email contact@mindmush.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
